RESEARCH & TRAINING COMMITTEE
| Seeking God through research into new things and correcting the things that were done erroneously in the past thereby hindering the progress of advancing the kingdom of God on earth is the assignment of this department. A shift in the operational paradigm of the ministry is evaluated under the leadership of the Holy Spirit and sound wisdom in this department. We believe that God has guaranteed His people wisdom to manage His affairs on earth, but sometimes we are so stubborn in using a dead paradigm and unwillingness to see what the Lord is doing or saying to His Church. The R&T Committee will search out for the conference and present what wisdom and understanding is profitable to the body of Christ. Training, Seminars and workshops to improve and correct errors or learn new ideas are included in this department. It is mandatory that all members participate in one or two major development-training program in a year to enhance the growth of the kingdom of God on earth. |
