| One of the missions of the Executive Board of CICM is to bring dignity and integrity to the office of the Bishops as the Prince of the Church within the charismatic body of Christ. It is therefore, necessary that the person who is called by God and willing to assume that office be prepared, mentored and supported by the body of Christ.
As the Prince of the Church, the bishop is called upon to represent the body locally, regionally and globally. The College's primary responsibility then is to examine the qualification of the designated persons, make recommendations to the Council of International Charismatic Bishops and arrange the final act of consecration into the sacred office of the Bishop.
Its role is to expand and establish protocol, coordinating all scheduled consecrations and establish mentoring order for the Executive Board.
